Paul Neff

Paul Neff is Cispus Cycles’ Owner and their most versatile instructor. Paul’s passion for motorcycles has never been focused on one type of riding and this desire to ride and explore multiple motorcycle disciplines has helped him develop into a well-rounded rider and instructor.

Paul started his motorcycle racing career focused on competing in the International Six Day Enduro. Paul’s first time competing in the ISDE was in 2003 where he finished as silver medalist in Brazil on a club team. He then went on to compete in 2004 as a U.S. Jr. Trophy Team member in Poland, earning another silver medal. In 2006, Paul was a member of the U.S. Trophy Team competing in New Zealand and earning a gold medal.

Paul has also competed in the National Endurocross, GNCC, Enduros and Hare Scramble series throughout his career. His roots in the PNW had him competing in the Northwest Motorcycle Association race series where he became a multi-time Off-Road and Enduro Champion.

Seeking another motorcycle related challenge, Paul began riding trials and traveled to Scotland to compete in the Scottish Six Days Trial, receiving a second-class award in 2014.

Paul is also an avid adventure bike rider. In 2019, Paul traveled to the Tourtech Rally, in which he was the Touratech Rally Competition Skills Course winner. Paul’s love of motorcycles is infectious and everyone around him gains from his knowledge and skills. Paul’s passion for all aspects of motorcycling is evident in his instruction. His hand picked coaching staff demonstrates deep relationships within the motorcycle community and his appetite to grow this community through the students at Cispus Cycles Off-Road Training.
